Renaissance Personnel Ltd was founded after careful analysis of the spiralling demands on health and social care personnel. We recognised that the demand for quality temporary workers in the health and social care sectors often outweighs supply. We saw the opportunity to create fresh perceptions of the Agency Staff by attracting, training and retaining competent personnel contrary to the usual negative beliefs about agency. Our consistent, proactive management of the changing needs and dynamics within our Industry has ensured our growth from strength to strength.

We are now known as a leader in our Industry for the provision of high caliber, reliable and

experienced staff, reflecting the Renaissance Personnel ethos in commitment to professional care.

Regulatory Legislation for the Recruitment of Healthcare Personnel is a necessary concern in an industry where quality service literally affects lives. Renaissance Personnel staff and clients alike know the importance we place in adhering to these laws and guidelines. We are a member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), which is the leading advisory organisation for Recruitment Agencies, and are fully registered and compliant with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
