The Initial Assessments

The Care Manager will visit your home to conduct a full care needs assessment and risk assessments at a time that is convenient for you. There is a small assessment fee payable to meet the costs of the assessor and administration. The fee varies depending on distance. The exact amount will be notified to you upon receipt of your completed enquiry form.
