Health Care Recruitment Branch Manager
A challenging work opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Manager to run a highly reputable agency in North London. Renaissance Personnel has developed excellent reputation in the health care recruitment and supply industry. We are now looking for manager to take over the management of the head office branch to allow the proprietor an opportunity to expand the business by strategically opening other branches.
The normal working hours are Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), however there may be times when you will be required to some odd on-call and weekend duties.
In view of the specialism involved, we require the following: Must be a UK registered Nurse Have managerial experience Proven track record on making services work Must have a keen interest of working in the health care industry. The job requires the successful applicant to be flexible enough to be able to undertake out of site on-call duties to facilitate the smooth running of the business.
Main Responsibilities include Overseeing Candidate Recruitment & Selection Monitoring compliance with company and regulatory requirements Marketing & Promotion Assisting with tender applications Day to day management of a team of consultants Conducting candidate supervision and performance appraisals Maintaining the reputation of the company through the provision of outstanding customer service
