At Renassiance Domiciliary Care, we recognise that your needs are unique

Renaissance Personnel Ltd’s history of supplying flexible healthcare personnel is not only limited to in-patient settings, we are also in the homecare business which is experiencing increasing demands. More and more people are being recommended to us. We provides individualised and service user-centred homecare services. The terms used to describes health and social care services provided in people’s own homes is Domiciliary Care Services. This personalised service is available on hourly, shift, daily or live-in basis by qualified nurses or carers depending of the needs of the service user.

We operate to very high standards and in accordance with all relevant set rules and guideline. A copy of Statement of our purpose is available on request.

Who regulates our agency?

Service Users or funders engaging our services should have the peace of mind of knowing that Renaissance Personnel Ltd reputable, dendepable and responsive organisation which is highly rated by the external inspectors and current service users.

In order for an agency to supply domiciliary care staff, there is a statutory requirement for agencies to be licensed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Renaissance Personnel Ltd is fully registered with CQC and regularly monitors its performance against National Standards as well as its benchmarks

Our latest inspection reports and ratings are to be found here. In a nutshell, we are delighted to announce that the agency achieved the highest ever award from the inspectorate, a 3 Star (an Excellent Rating) following a rigorous 3 day Inspection. Credit goes to our recruitment consultants, compliance team and entire management team for upholding highest standard of practice aimed at improving service user outcomes
