What we are doing to save the Environment:

We are pleased to announce that our payroll department has introduced electronic payslips from 1st April 2008. Instead of the usual posted payslips, if you have worked and submitted your timesheets before the Monday 10am deadline, you will receive your payslip via e-mail. Thank you all for cooperating with providing your e-mail addresses. We would like to encourage all candidates to save the payslips on a computer and only to print when necessary. Thank you for helping us to preserve the environment, every little initiative helps.

ID Badges

Renaissance Personnel Ltd candidates are required to wear the company ID badges with the following details; name, job title, NMC pin if applicable, membership expiration date and signature. ID badges are only issued to fully registered candidates not applicants. If you misplace your ID, please forward 2 clear passport size photos for us to re-issue another one which you will be required to sign and collect from our office. Remember our reputation is primarily dependent upon your level of professionalism and the quality of the services we provide to our clients, so be presentable and identifiable.
You may be turned away forma shift by some clients if you do not have a valid candidate ID.

Training & Development Opportunities

You will be interested to know that our exclusive, high level, in-house training courses will continue throughout 2009. Some of our popular courses include; the reputable and highly recommended Support Workers’ Training, P.R.I.C.E. Training (Protecting Rights in a Care Environment) and a lot more, including all the mandatory courses. All courses are taught by clinically and accademically well experienced tutors. Candidates are encouraged to attend the relevant courses in order to validate their membership with us. Our Training Coordinators are happy to discuss your individualised training requirements. More is being done on Training and Development to ensure that we place trained candidates only. We are so excited that our new premises offers us an excellent training venue. Behind the scenes, we are working hard at becoming an accredited NVQ Training Centre for Health and Social Care Courses.
